Delivery

How long does it take?
Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 3 business days, then arrive in 4 to 7 business days with tracking.

What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free on every order, no minimum.

Where do you ship?
Canada and the United States.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it has not been sent to the warehouse yet we can usually change it.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see your card details.

Returns

What is the return window?
30 days from delivery, no reason needed. See Returns.

Reviews

Where do the reviews come from?
The reviews on our product pages right now were collected by our supplier from people who bought the same item elsewhere, so they are not marked as verified buyers. Reviews from HomeGap customers will carry a verified badge. We do not write reviews ourselves or buy them.
