Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with us. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times
Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days from the time your order ships. 

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at

help@homegap.ca.

Delays
Occasionally shipping takes longer than expected due to high demand, holidays, or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, reach out and we will refund or replace it.

Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping fees.
