Cost
Free on every order. No minimum, no surprise at checkout.
Timing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days with tracking.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us.

Canada and the United States.
If it is late
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email help@homegap.ca and we will refund or replace it.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee.
